Terms of use

Kite lets you host and share pages and files with a link. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your content

You own what you upload. You give Kite permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the rights to share it and for what it contains.

What you can't do

Don't use Kite to host malware, phishing pages, illegal content, or content that harasses or harms others. Don't try to break the service or access other people's pages. We remove content that breaks these rules and may close accounts that do.

Links and access

Anyone with a link to a page set to "Anyone with the link" can open it. Use the audience settings if you need control over who sees it. Pages created without an account expire after 24 hours unless you sign in.

Availability

Kite is provided as is. We work hard to keep it up, but we don't guarantee uptime or that files are never lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app.
